At Luvioshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an EU customer, you have the right to return or cancel your order under the EU Right of Withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

The easiest way to request a return or cancellation is through your customer account:

Log in to your customer account
Go to Orders and select the relevant order
Click Request return or Cancel order

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request
Products must be unused and in their original packaging where possible
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they have been unsealed. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
